Our Mission: To create India’s premier esports community where players can compete fairly, grow their skills, connect with fellow gamers, and celebrate the spirit of competitive gaming.

By using Fragnado, you agree to follow these Community Guidelines, along with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Violations may result in warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans.

1. OUR CORE VALUES

The Fragnado community is built on these foundational values:

1.1 Respect and Sportsmanship

We believe in treating every member with dignity and respect, regardless of skill level, background, or identity. Good sportsmanship is at the heart of competitive gaming.

• DO: Congratulate opponents on good plays, support teammates, accept defeats gracefully, offer constructive feedback
• DON’T: Trash talk excessively, gloat over wins, blame teammates for losses, mock players for mistakes

1.2 Fair Play and Integrity

Competition is only meaningful when it’s fair. Cheating, exploiting, or circumventing rules destroys the integrity of tournaments and devalues everyone’s achievements.

• DO: Play honestly, report bugs or exploits, follow tournament rules, accept referee decisions
• DON’T: Use hacks or cheats, exploit game bugs for advantage, collude with opponents, intentionally throw matches

1.3 Inclusivity and Diversity

Esports welcomes everyone. We celebrate diversity and create an environment where all gamers feel welcome, safe, and valued.

• DO: Welcome new players, encourage underrepresented gamers, celebrate different playstyles, create inclusive teams
• DON’T: Discriminate based on gender, caste, religion, region, language, skill level, or any other characteristic

2. BEHAVIORAL STANDARDS

2.1 Positive Communication

✅ ENCOURAGED BEHAVIOR:

• Use respectful language in all communications (chat, voice, forums, comments)
• Provide constructive criticism focused on gameplay, not personal attacks
• Use appropriate humor that doesn’t demean or offend others
• Communicate in English, Hindi, or other Indian languages understood by your audience
• Report toxic behavior to moderators rather than retaliating

❌ PROHIBITED BEHAVIOR:

• Harassment and Bullying: Repeated negative comments targeting specific individuals, unwanted contact, coordinated harassment campaigns, cyberbullying
• Hate Speech: Slurs, derogatory language, discriminatory remarks based on race, ethnicity, caste, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or region
• Threats and Intimidation: Threats of violence, doxxing (sharing personal information), swatting, or any form of real-world harm
• Sexual Harassment: Unwanted sexual advances, explicit sexual content, objectification, or making others uncomfortable
• Toxic Behavior: Constant negativity, griefing (intentionally ruining others’ experience), trolling, flame wars
• Spam and Self-Promotion: Excessive advertising, unsolicited commercial messages, repetitive posting, off-topic promotions

2.2 Content Standards

ACCEPTABLE CONTENT:

• Tournament discussions, match analysis, strategy guides
• Gaming news, esports updates, patch notes discussions
• Gameplay clips, highlights, tournament VODs
• Team recruitment, looking-for-group posts
• Community events, meetups, watch parties

PROHIBITED CONTENT:

• Illegal Content: Pirated games/software, hacks, cheats, exploits, illegal streaming links
• NSFW Content: Pornography, sexually explicit material, graphic violence, gore
• Harmful Content: Self-harm, suicide encouragement, eating disorders, dangerous challenges
• Misinformation: Deliberately false information, conspiracy theories, medical misinformation, election interference
• Impersonation: Pretending to be Fragnado staff, pro players, influencers, or other users
• Off-Platform Activity: Directing users to gambling sites, scam websites, phishing links, malware

3. FAIR PLAY AND COMPETITIVE INTEGRITY

3.1 Anti-Cheating Rules

ZERO TOLERANCE: Fragnado has a strict zero-tolerance policy for cheating. First offense results in permanent ban.

Prohibited Cheating Methods:

• Software Cheats: Aimbots, wallhacks, ESP, triggerbot, recoil scripts, radar hacks
• Hardware Cheats: DMA devices, hardware spoofers, modded controllers with macros
• Exploits: Abusing game bugs for competitive advantage, out-of-bounds exploits, animation canceling bugs
• Account Manipulation: Smurfing (high-skilled players using low-rank accounts), boosting, account sharing for rank
• Match Manipulation: Win trading, intentional feeding, throwing games, stream sniping
• Ghosting: Watching opponent streams during live matches to gain information

3.2 Tournament Conduct

Before Tournaments:

• Register with accurate in-game names and contact information
• Read and understand all tournament rules before participating
• Ensure you meet eligibility requirements (age, rank, region)
• Join tournament Discord/communication channels on time

During Tournaments:

• Be punctual—arrive 15 minutes before scheduled match time
• Respond to admin/referee messages promptly
• Take screenshots of results and scores for verification
• Respect pause requests for technical issues (within reason)
• Accept referee/admin decisions—disputes can be filed after the match
• Maintain professionalism in all-chat and voice communications

After Tournaments:

• Report results accurately and honestly
• Congratulate winners and thank organizers
• Provide constructive feedback to improve future tournaments

3.3 Reporting Cheaters

If you suspect cheating:

• Use the in-app report feature immediately
• Provide evidence: clips, screenshots, timestamps, match IDs
• DO NOT publicly accuse players without evidence (defamation)
• Let our anti-cheat team investigate—vigilante justice is prohibited

4. ACCOUNT AND TOKEN INTEGRITY

4.1 Account Rules

• One Account Per Person: Multi-accounting to earn extra tokens, participate in tournaments multiple times, or circumvent bans is strictly prohibited
• No Account Sharing: Do not share login credentials, let others use your account, or use someone else’s account
• No Account Trading/Selling: Accounts cannot be sold, traded, or transferred for money or any other consideration
• Accurate Information: Provide truthful registration details. Fake names, birthdates, or student information may result in account termination

4.2 Token and Reward Guidelines

Earning Tokens Legitimately:

• Complete tasks, participate in tournaments, engage with content
• Refer real friends using your invite code
• Participate in sponsor campaigns and community events

Prohibited Token Activities:

• Token Farming: Creating multiple accounts or using bots to earn tokens
• Referral Abuse: Referring fake accounts, family members creating accounts just for tokens, incentivizing referrals with money
• Exploitation: Abusing bugs or glitches to earn tokens improperly
• Attempting to Exchange: Trying to sell, trade, or convert tokens to real money (tokens have NO monetary value)

5. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL SAFETY

5.1 Protecting Your Privacy

• Don’t Share Personal Information: Never publicly share your full name, address, phone number, school name, financial details, or other sensitive information
• Be Cautious with Strangers: Be wary of requests for personal information, even from people claiming to be Fragnado staff
• Secure Your Account: Use strong passwords, enable two-factor authentication if available, don’t reuse passwords from other sites
• Recognize Scams: Fragnado will NEVER ask for your password, offer ‘free tokens’ via DM, or request payment for rewards

5.2 Respecting Others’ Privacy

• No Doxxing: NEVER share another person’s personal information without consent—instant permanent ban
• No Unauthorized Recording: Get consent before recording voice chats or streaming private matches
• Respect Boundaries: If someone asks you to stop contacting them, respect their wishes

5.3 Minor Protection

18+ Platform: Fragnado is for users 18 years and older ONLY.

• If you discover a user is underage, report immediately to support@fragnado.com
• Do not engage with users you suspect are minors—report and disengage
• Parents/guardians: If you discover your child is using Fragnado, contact grievance@fragnado.com immediately

6. ENFORCEMENT AND CONSEQUENCES

6.1 Reporting Violations

If you witness behavior that violates these guidelines:

• In-App Reporting: Use the ‘Report’ button on profiles, messages, or content
• Email: report@fragnado.com for serious violations
• Tournament Admins: Contact tournament organizers for in-game conduct issues
• Provide Evidence: Screenshots, clips, timestamps help us investigate faster

6.2 Enforcement Actions

Violations are handled based on severity and history:

Warning (Minor First Offense):

• Mild toxicity, unintentional rule violation, spam
• Action: Official warning, educational message about community standards

Temporary Suspension (1-30 days):

• Repeated toxicity, harassment, minor cheating attempts, token farming
• Action: Account suspended, cannot participate in tournaments, tokens frozen

Permanent Ban (Zero Appeal):

• Cheating with hacks/cheats, doxxing, severe harassment, threats of violence, underage use, repeated violations after suspensions
• Action: Permanent account termination, all tokens forfeited, IP/device ban

Tournament Disqualification:

• Match manipulation, late arrival without notice, inappropriate conduct during matches
• Action: Immediate removal from tournament, may affect account standing

6.3 Appeals Process

If you believe an enforcement action was made in error:

• Email: appeals@fragnado.com within 7 days
• Provide: Account details, incident description, supporting evidence
• Timeline: Appeals reviewed within 15 days
• Note: Permanent bans for cheating are NOT appealable

7. PLATFORM-SPECIFIC GUIDELINES

7.1 Profile Guidelines

• Username: No offensive, hateful, or impersonating names. Must be appropriate for all audiences
• Profile Picture: No NSFW, hateful imagery, copyrighted content without permission
• Bio: Keep it clean, no external links to inappropriate sites, gambling, or scams

7.2 Team Formation and LFG (Looking for Group)

• Be respectful when declining team invitations
• Don’t ghost teammates—communicate if plans change
• Clearly state requirements (rank, role, language) in LFG posts
• Don’t spam LFG channels—one post per hour maximum

7.3 Comments and Forums

• Stay on topic—don’t derail discussions
• Disagree respectfully—attack arguments, not people
• Use spoiler tags for game endings or major reveals
• Don’t necro-post (revive very old threads unnecessarily)

7.4 Sponsor Campaigns and Rewards

• Follow campaign rules honestly—don’t exploit loopholes
• Provide accurate shipping/contact info for physical rewards
• Don’t claim rewards on behalf of others or using fake details
• Issues with sponsor rewards? Contact the sponsor directly (Fragnado is just the platform)

8. SPECIAL SITUATIONS

8.1 Content Creation and Streaming

• You MAY create content (streams, videos, guides) featuring Fragnado
• Give credit to Fragnado when appropriate
• Don’t misrepresent your relationship with Fragnado (no fake partnerships)
• Respect other players’ privacy in your content (blur names if requested)

8.2 Collegiate Esports and Student Verification

• Provide truthful enrollment information when required
• Update student status if you graduate or leave your institution
• Don’t use someone else’s student credentials to access collegiate tournaments

8.3 Off-Platform Conduct

Fragnado reserves the right to take action for serious off-platform behavior that impacts the community:

• Organizing harassment campaigns against Fragnado users
• Doxxing users on external platforms
• Criminal activity related to Fragnado or its users

9. UPDATES AND CONTACT

9.1 Changes to Guidelines

• Address new types of harmful behavior
• Clarify existing rules based on community feedback
• Align with legal requirements or industry best practices
